All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacist. A prescription will only be issued following a clinical assessment of your submitted information.
Medications are dispensed strictly in accordance with the prescription. You must not share, sell, or transfer any medication supplied to you. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each order.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify a prescription at any time if clinical concerns arise.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and appropriate delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information supplied by the patient.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations regarding the return of prescription medicines.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Romsey are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. Our service does not constitute an ongoing doctor–patient relationship.
